Digital Products

All coloring books and other products sold directly through Bright Kids Prints Art are digital products delivered electronically. No physical product will be shipped.

Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are generally final once the digital file has been delivered, accessed, or downloaded, except where a refund is required by applicable law.

If you experience a technical problem receiving, accessing, or downloading your digital product, please contact us at brightkidsprint@gmail.com. We will be happy to assist you.

If you accidentally purchased the wrong digital product, please contact us as soon as possible. Requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis, but refunds are not guaranteed after the digital product has been delivered or accessed.
